We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry / Retyping Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to convert scanned documents, handwritten notes, and image-based files into accurate digital text format. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retype and convert scanned files, PDFs, and handwritten documents into editable Word or Excel formats.
  • Accurately input large volumes of data into designated systems.
  • Review, edit, and proofread typed content to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Complete tasks within the assigned time frame while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
  • Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in data entry or retyping is an advantage (but not mandatory).
