Welcome to SkillGigPro! This agreement (“Terms of Use” or “Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions that govern your relationship with us. The terms “SkillGigPro,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the company, and the terms “you” and “your” refer to the individual who opens an account or engages in transactions with SkillGigPro. This Agreement supersedes all previous agreements between you and SkillGigPro.

Please read this Agreement carefully and keep a copy for your records. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to comply with all applicable laws. This Agreement includes an arbitration provision that requires the resolution of disputes through arbitration and waives your right to participate in class or group claims. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not access or use our Site or our Services.

Our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://skillgigpro.com/privacy-policy also governs your use of our Services. It explains how we collect, use, and share your information. You may only use the account for transactions described in this Agreement. We reserve the right to modify or cancel our Services at any time without notice to you, and to implement fraud monitoring controls that may limit your access to cash or spending limits. Any new features or tools added to our Site will also be subject to these Terms of Use. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time, and it is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you are registering for or using the Services on behalf of a group, company, entity, or organization (“Subscribing Organization”), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms of Use. In such cases, references to “you” in these terms will include you in your individual capacity, as well as the Subscribing Organization and any other individuals who use the Services on the Subscribing Organization’s behalf or with its authority or consent.


GENERAL TERMS

To use our Site to make purchases of Services, you must not reside in a US Sanctioned country, and you must be at least 18 years of age (certain Merchants or Third-Party Service Providers may impose greater age restrictions to access their sites or services). You represent and warrant that: (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate and (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information.

We reserve the right to terminate the Services and close the Accounts of any Member who has opened multiple Accounts or registered multiple times without notice. SkillGigPro is under no obligation to provide services to any applicant or Member and may decline any application at our discretion.

SkillGigPro does not guarantee that either the client or freelancer will perform on any hiring contract. We do not control eligibility standards, determine contract terms, or force acceptance of contracts. Clients select freelancers, and all scope and dispute matters must be handled directly between the parties.


GUIDELINES

As a new member, we highly recommend that you treat your first 25 tasks with the same focus and professionalism as a job interview. Pay attention to detail, meet expectations, and aim for 100% satisfaction.


RULES

Using SkillGigPro’s services is subject to the following restrictions:

  • Unacceptable Content: No illegal, defamatory, violent, discriminatory, or infringing content.
  • Misleading Behavior: No misrepresentation, false credentials, or dishonest payment practices.
  • Unfair Treatment: No discrimination, spam, bribery, or feedback manipulation.
  • Feedback System Abuse: No coercion or manipulation of reviews.
  • Unauthorized Use: No account sharing, system bypassing, or tampering with site functionality.
  • Unlawful Content: No harmful, vulgar, or invasive content.
  • Harm to Minors: Absolutely prohibited.
  • Impersonation: Falsely claiming identity or affiliation is not allowed.
  • Infringing Content: No intellectual property violations.
  • Unauthorized Offerings: Only offer what you legally can.
  • Work Product: Fake or incomplete work submissions are prohibited.
  • Unsolicited Advertising: Spam and unauthorized promotions are not allowed.
  • Accounts: Multiple accounts by one user or from the same IP are forbidden.
  • Address/IP Masking: No use of VPNs or proxies to fake location.
  • Location Fraud: Only apply for jobs in your real country.
  • Social Media Deception: No collusion in task manipulation or rating discussions.
  • Harmful Software: No viruses or interfering scripts.
  • Disruptive Behavior: No interference with user experience or services.
  • Service Interference: No attempts to bypass site or network protections.
  • Law Violation: Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Harassment or Stalking: Strictly prohibited.
  • Data Collection: Unauthorized collection of personal info is forbidden.
  • Pornography or Adult Content: Not permitted.
  • Money Movement Abuse: No fake transactions or disguised fund transfers.

CONDUCT

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. Submitting false info may result in suspension or termination.

Prohibited jobs include:

  • Excessively demanding tasks
  • Click fraud or ad manipulation
  • Financial system transfers
  • Personal data collection (except verified leads)
  • Payment or banking info collection
  • Membership trials that auto-charge
  • Activity involving platforms like PayPal, Coinbase, Amazon, MTURK, Google, etc.
  • Fake reviews or testimonials

ENFORCEMENT

Violations will lead to account suspension or termination. If your account is banned, all accrued earnings will be forfeited. SkillGigPro may investigate any violation, take necessary actions, and remove inappropriate content.

Your continued access is subject to compliance. Even if your account is removed, SkillGigPro retains rights to enforce all terms and use previously shared content.

If contacted about a breach, you agree to assist in investigations.


REPORTS

If you notice violations of our Terms, please report them to our support team or use the report icon where available.

Reports help us maintain a safe and fair platform. Once we receive a legitimate report, our team will investigate. You may be asked to assist in resolving the issue.

Your cooperation is vital in protecting the integrity and professional standards of SkillGigPro.

LICENSE

We grant you a limited license to access and use our website and services as long as you agree to these terms of use and all other terms and conditions that apply to you. We do our best to ensure our services are safe and working properly, but we cannot guarantee continuous access or that we will not discontinue certain features or the services completely without notice.

We reserve the right to terminate your license at any time if you violate any of our Terms of Use or other parts of our Terms of Service. In the event of termination, we will inform you and you must stop using our services immediately. These actions include but are not limited to the following:

  • The ability to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of our Site,
  • Change, suspend or discontinue all or any part of our services or Site,
  • Refuse, move, or remove any content that is available on all or any part of our Site,
  • Deactivate or delete your accounts, and
  • Establish general practices and limits concerning the use of our Site.

The termination of your account with SkillGigPro shall include:

  1. The removal of any access to all or part of the Services offered within SkillGigPro;
  2. The deletion of your password and any and all related information, files, and any such content that may be associated with or inside your account, or any part thereof; and
  3. The barring of any further use of all or part of our Services.

You acknowledge that our services do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property. All of our rights to our intellectual property are reserved and remain with us, even though you are using our services.


FEES

We charge you certain fees (the “Fees”) for your use of our Services. All Fees are set forth in a separate fee schedule. The Fee Schedule is subject to change at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice to you, except that prior to authorizing any Transaction, you will be advised online of the Fees applicable to such Transaction.

You authorize us to initiate ACH debits and credits, as well as other transactions, to and from the bank account or payment method you provide.


PAYMENT

Clients can deposit funds into their SkillGigPro “Spendable” wallet using credit card, cryptocurrency, Uphold, or Airtm. We maintain three wallet balances: Spendable, Earned, and Pending. Funds in “Earned” may be transferred to “Spendable” but not vice versa. There is no escrow system, and SkillGigPro is not liable for any disputes between users and freelancers.


PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY

You agree to keep your account data accurate and acknowledge that inaccurate or outdated information may result in account termination. For details about how we use your personal data, refer to our Privacy Policy.

You may request account deletion or data removal via https://skillgigpro.com/contact


REFUND POLICY

You acknowledge that SkillGigPro is not a bank or money service provider. Refunds are only available on unspent principal (minus fees) within 30 days, excluding crypto and Alipay. Refunds are at our discretion and based on legality, compliance, or account violations.


FREEZING OF FUNDS

SkillGigPro reserves the right to freeze account funds for:

  • Suspicious activity or policy violation
  • Legal or compliance-related reasons
  • Breach of terms or misuse of the platform

LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

We are not liable for:

  • Failure or delay in completing a transaction
  • Platform misuse
  • External network or software failures

We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated herein.


DISPUTES & INDEMNIFICATION

You agree that any disputes are solely between you and third parties. SkillGigPro provides no warranties for third-party services. Clients and users agree to indemnify SkillGigPro from liabilities stemming from their actions on the platform.


TERMINATION

We may revoke your account without notice at any time. Termination does not relieve you of existing obligations. To close your account, visit https://skillgigpro.com/contact

COMPLAINT POLICY

To file a complaint, you must first have created a previous support ticket. When a ticket is created, you will receive a case number that must be referenced when filing a complaint. Support tickets can be created through our internal message system or our external ZenDesk support platform.

After receiving a complaint, our support team will assign it to the appropriate personnel.

Complaints submitted in writing are addressed within 3-5 business days, with the goal of resolving them within 10 business days. If a resolution isn’t immediately possible, the matter will be escalated to management.

All complaints are handled with care. Anonymous submissions will be reviewed to the extent possible, but anonymity may limit our ability to investigate thoroughly or respond effectively.

Stage One

  • The complaint will be formally acknowledged within 48 hours and logged into our ticket system.
  • You’ll be informed who is handling the complaint and the expected response time.
  • If unresolved at the initial level, a supervisor or head administrator will investigate the issue within 10 business days.
  • The person originally involved may be asked to respond to the complaint, and the complainant may be asked to follow up by email.
  • Within 2 days of concluding our review, you’ll receive a written summary of the actions taken and resolutions reached.

Stage Two

If unsatisfied with the outcome of Stage One, you may request an escalation. This will be acknowledged within 48 hours. Senior management will review the case and may consult with staff involved in the original complaint.

  • If a specific person is involved, they’ll be notified and given a chance to respond.
  • You’ll be informed of the investigation’s conclusions and any resulting actions.
  • This decision is final.

If further unsatisfied, the complainant may request contact with our Compliance Manager, Nermin T.

Final Stage

A full response will be issued within 10 working days of receiving your complaint. If more information is required, the 10-day window begins once we receive it. If delays arise, we will notify you.

Complaint Documentation

SkillGigPro keeps records of all complaints and related actions in its internal ticket system. Logged data includes the complaint, handler, resolution timeline, actions taken, and prevention strategies.


BREACH OF THE AGREEMENT

If you attempt or conduct a Transaction in violation of this Agreement, we reserve the right to reverse the transaction, suspend your account, report the incident to authorities, and recover damages. An administrative fee may be charged to cover investigation costs.


ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. SkillGigPro may assign its rights and obligations without notice or your consent.


AGENTS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may use agents or service providers (e.g., Paysafe) to support our operations under this Agreement.


AMENDMENT

This Agreement may be updated at any time. You are responsible for checking this page periodically. We will provide at least 21 days’ notice for any material changes via our website.


DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA)

If you believe your copyright has been infringed on SkillGigPro, submit a DMCA notice to our Designated Agent:

GOVERNING LAW, ARBITRATION, AND WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS

This Agreement and any disputes will be governed by U.S. and Delaware law. You agree to binding individual arbitration (not class action) through the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration may be conducted electronically or in Florida. Exceptions include small claims and IP disputes.

You must bring any claim within one year or it is permanently barred.


SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full effect.


FRAUD WARNINGS

All state and federal fraud warnings from the original document remain intact but now apply under SkillGigPro’s platform.
